Croatia is in the 40 most beautiful countries in Condé Nast Traveler on the world’s list
Croatia has entered the list of the 40 most beautiful countries in the world, published by the leading travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler. Condé Nast Traveler pulled 30 leading countries from the “attractiveness” section of the WEF report, then interviewed travelers editors for their personal choices to make a list.
“The most famous waters of the country are found in the hinterland of the Plitvice Lakes National Park, a system of waterfalls, caves and 16 terraced lakes that cover the entire spectrum of blue-green. The Adriatic coast is truly unparalleled: it is surrounded by over 1000 islands surrounded by incredibly clear waters. The Dinar Alps offer even higher landscapes and contribute to the overall landscape of Croatia: rocky peaks and caves off the coast turn into gentle hills in the northeast of the Hrvatsko Zagorje region, “writes Condé Nast Traveler. Other countries on the list of the 40 most beautiful countries in the world were Costa Rica, Greece, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Kenya and Japan.
